“My husband and I had to organize a trip to Las Vegas for a friend’s upcoming wedding and Megan was our contact for travel arrangements. From the moment we e-mailed her Megan was friendly, quick to reply, and determined to do her best to make sure we found the flights and hotel we wanted. She passed along the group code for the hotel so we could book ourselves. We called to book our hotel only to be told that the code had expired the day before, panicked about where we would stay we sent a quick email to Megan (at 10pm) hoped she would get back to us the next day. Boy, were we amazed when she emailed us back within half an hour telling us she had sorted everything out. She provided us with a specific point of contact and all it took was one quick phone call back to the hotel and we were booked into the hotel at the group rate without any issues thanks to Megan. We’ll definitely be calling Megan the time we need to make any travel arrangements!!”
